When they were children, Konoe Moyako’s younger brother, Akira, said he wanted to marry her. Moyako takes this as proof that he is a pervert obsessed with his sister, and as teenagers, she decides it is her responsibility to rehabilitate him. But Akira’s behavior is entirely innocent. Moyako is the one who keeps imagining something creepy in ordinary situations, as her endless inner monologue turns her efforts to correct her brother into a series of misunderstandings.
