Ani ga Imouto de Imouto ga Ani de.

Twins Youta and Hikaru, who have always been close, wake up in each other’s bodies after a car accident. Their family’s circumstances come to light shortly before the accident: their parents are away from dusk until dawn running a bar, so Youta takes care of the household, cooking and cleaning. Hikaru, meanwhile, struggles to express her feelings, which leads others to misunderstand and fear her.
