Asahi Nagu

Toujima Asahi enters Futatsuzaka High School hoping to reinvent herself as someone cool. The school was formerly all-girls, and its student body is still mostly female, with extracurricular activities largely shaped around girls. Asahi soon meets Maharu, a strong-minded girl, and discovers naginata, a martial art similar to kendo. She decides the sport may help her become a new person. Naginata also gives less athletic competitors a chance to stand out, even at the national level.
