Beach Stars

Nanase Iruka is a short, tomboyish teenager whose greatest joy is volleyball. On her seventeenth birthday, her volleyball club is disbanded, leaving her and her friends feeling down. The friends head to the beach, where they discover beach volleyball. Eager to play, Iruka runs to the court, but a local volleyball star tells her to give up because she is too short. Iruka challenges her to a match to prove herself. Though the odds seem against her, Iruka has a secret weapon—and she is determined not to be mocked for her volleyball ability again.
