Booking Life

Kuzumi Kentarou, a salesman who carries an organ donor card, wakes in a hospital after being mugged and nearly killed. There he meets Hasegawa Kirin, a patient with a failing heart who tells him he is a perfect match—as her donor. Kentarou promises Kirin his heart, but he survives, and he never gets into college. He later works part-time at the hospital, where he repeatedly asks organ transplant coordinator Kisaragi Ryouko when Kirin will receive his heart.
