Dance in the Vampire Bund

After millennia in hiding, Mina Tepes, princess of an ancient vampire covenant and ruler of all vampires, seeks to change the world. She uses her family’s vast wealth to pay off Japan’s national debt, earning the authority to establish a special district off the country’s coast as a haven for vampires everywhere. As Mina prepares to announce the existence of vampires at a landmark press conference, terrorists and rival factions plot to assassinate her before she can make the announcement.
