Dead Dead Demon's Dededededestruction

For three years, enormous alien ships have hung over Japanese towns, and life seems to have changed—and stayed the same. Weapons have failed to stop the invaders, while attacks have damaged parts of Japan and left its economy in ruins. The JSDF fights the aliens across the country, and America joins the war effort with more aggressive tactics, dividing Japan over the pacifist principles of Article 9 of its constitution. Amid this conflict, the story may simply follow a group of high school students. One girl insists she will not back down until a world of lies and deceit crumbles, and declares that the real threat to humanity is not the invaders, but herself.
