Delusional Boy

Gi Haru, a high school student who cannot distinguish reality from delusion, believes a school massacre is another hallucination—until he discovers it is real. Haru’s only friends are Kang Yul, a studious classmate, and Kang Lee Ha, his girlfriend. When Haru sees a vision of a Nazi rally during Yul’s poetry recitation, the school descends into violence. On the day the entire student body is massacred, Haru kills Lee Ha and Yul betrays him, leaving Haru blind. Detained in a mental institution as the massacre’s culprit, he later receives help from a capable group called the Panthers and sets out to pursue Yul for revenge.
