Eve no Jikan

In a future Japan, high school student Rikuo follows society’s rule that androids are appliances, not people. Although androids look human apart from the rings above their heads, treating them as people is considered an unusual and troubling attachment. Rikuo has always relied on his family’s android, Sammy, as a convenient tool. When he finds unusual data in her behavior records, he and his friend Masaki follow her movements and discover a mysterious café with a rule that humans and robots must be treated equally.
