Go Sung-tae deliberately becomes a target for harassment at school to stay unnoticed in a government experiment designed to create “Legends” in preparation for possible conflicts with other nations. He wants no part in the project, so he keeps a low profile by acting like a timid student. The school’s most popular girl, who has a strong sense of justice, follows Sung-tae because she wants to help him.
