Hungry Joker

In the 2100s, a virus transforms wildlife into deadly monsters, leaving humanity at risk of extinction. The government’s White Jokers, an organization of battle scientists, are humanity’s only protection against the evolved creatures. Alice and her younger sister Mona live in an isolated island city, with no chance of escape or rescue from the distant White Jokers. Determined to protect Mona, Alice takes up her handguns, though they may not be enough when a major attack arrives. Then a strange boy in a white lab coat appears, a mysterious timer floating above his head. Could he be a White Joker, and can he protect their small city?
