Kamiyama-san No Kamibukuro No Naka Ni wa

On a memorable day at school, secondary-school student Namito Kominato finds himself behind an unusual girl who is constantly drenched and wears a paper bag. The encounter leads him to start a club called the Discussion Club. Its members include shy Kamiyama, who is easily embarrassed; Arai Youkou, a caring but uniform-obsessed committee leader; and Amano Harusame, who talks with a group of mysterious girls. Together, they set the stage for a somewhat disheartening coming-of-age love comedy.
