Kaze no Sylphid
Sylpheed of the Wind / Kaze no Silpheed
Completed
Born on a small horse ranch, Silpheed is an orphaned foal named after a fairy of the wind. He faces two serious challenges from the start: he is born with tendinitis in his leg, and his mother dies giving birth to him. Hayao, a young boy who loves horses, is determined to help Silpheed grow up healthy and become a top racehorse like his mother. But the foal’s difficult start leaves both of them facing long odds.
