Kingdom Game

At the end of the Meiji Restoration, a girl saint is persecuted, crucified, and burned alive. A century later, Katori and six childhood friends are summoned to her world beyond nirvana and given the Great Commission: build a kingdom and make disciples of all nations. At midnight each day, they are randomly assigned a place in the hierarchy: King or Queen, Noble, or Peasant. Those lower in rank must obey those above them. As the friends fight other nations in pursuit of world conquest, their hidden desires threaten to turn them against one another.
