Kokumin Quiz

In an alternate world where Japan is the only superpower, the National Quiz is a wildly popular game show that offers contestants the chance to have any wish granted. Each night, people compete for wealth, fame, revenge, or happiness, but losing can turn their lives into a living hell. The story follows K-i K-ichi, also known as prisoner KK47331: a former actor who became a losing contestant before rising to become the show’s hugely popular host. It also follows the people and events surrounding him.
