Kyou Kara Maou!

Yuri Shibuya is transported to a medieval-like world after being pulled into a toilet while trying to save a classmate from bullies. There, he learns that his black hair and eyes mark him as the next Maoh, ruler of the Mazoku, who coexist uneasily with humans. Yuri is unlike the rulers his new subjects expect: he is kind, considerate, committed to justice, and reluctant to use violence. With the land nearing war, he must learn to rule well while adapting to its customs and culture, amid rising tensions between humans and Mazoku.
