An android built to conquer the world enrolls at Harukaze High School, where he seems more interested in rice than world domination. The new student is a complete ditz who eats little beyond rice and says strange things, yet passes as one of the school’s ordinary students. Harukaze’s photography club gathers the school’s oddballs, making it an unusual place even before the android arrives. Now the club has gained its craziest member: a would-be world conqueror whose priorities are unexpectedly simple.
