Legendary Gambler Tetsuya

In 1947 Shinjuku, many people are struggling to afford food and basic necessities, and some turn to gambling to get by. The traveling Tetsuya spends his time in mahjong parlors, where he consistently defeats his opponents. That changes when he encounters Boushu-san, a mahjong player of formidable skill. Facing him makes Tetsuya realize that, despite his success, his own abilities still have room to grow.
