Life and Death - Hei Ye Zhi Ge

Humanity believes it is the only intelligent life in existence, but unexplained events throughout human history suggest otherwise. Feral beings that look like people begin to appear, posing a threat to the human species and earning the name “Sha,” or “Evil.” Ordinary humans are powerless against these creatures. Before the existence of the Sha becomes public knowledge, a group of mysterious individuals forms an enforcement department called Song of the Black Night to confront them.
