Mako to Rumi to Chii

Cartoonist Ohsamu Tetsuro and his family experience the changing rhythms of everyday life as their children grow. Tetsuro strongly resembles Osamu Tezuka, and the story begins with the birth of his first son, Makoto, known as Mako. Mako grows into a healthy two-year-old, loved by his orderly mother and carefree father. He is later joined by two daughters, Rumiko, or Rumi, and Chiiko, or Chii. As the family grows, their home becomes increasingly busy.
