A divorced man and a woman unexpectedly find themselves sharing the same house after being tricked by a real estate conman. The man comes home to find that his wife has given him divorce papers, while the woman returns to her apartment and discovers a stranger in a towel emerging from her shower. Both have been conned into buying the same four-bedroom house. The man moves in with his two sons, and the woman with her two daughters, bringing the two families together under one roof.
