Otome no Iroha!

Iroha, a masculine girl, and Hifumi, a feminine boy, are siblings who transfer to a new middle school and move into their grandparents’ home. After their first night there, they discover that they have switched genders. The unexpected change leaves both siblings feeling “delighted.”
