Saikyou Seitokai Tsubakiyo

Tsubaki Kiyoi, known as Tsubakiyo, has a power that lets her read someone’s thoughts and memories when she touches them. Only one other person knows about her unusual ability. The student council is filled with quirky people whose personalities often clash. Tsubakiyo is deeply introverted and emotionally hurt by her power, and she fears physical contact with others. She must find a way to overcome that fear and take control of her ability.
