Yoshiko is a hardworking high school student who makes time to care for the people around her. She studies diligently and takes class notes each day for her childhood friend, who has been absent from school for a long time and spends his days at home playing video games. After delivering the notes one day, Yoshiko sees black snow falling from the sky. Her friends Miki and Kiriko cannot see it, and think she may be overworking herself. Yoshiko also regularly helps her reclusive uncle, and one day brings her friends along to assist him, planning to go karaoke afterward. But the strange black snow precedes an ominous event, and everything begins to grow more unsettling.
