Drug-related crime is spreading through the big city, and investigators Eto Kai and Kurabayashi Haru are determined to fight it. As they work to protect people from a society poisoned by drugs, the two newcomers confront an enemy they cannot see. Some collected volumes also include bonus manga and extra stories, including an account of Kajiyama, Hiki, and Narita ten years earlier, as well as a Valentine’s Day feature at the NCD.
