Sword Art Online - Lycoris

On the road from Rulid Village to Zakkaria, Kirito and Eugeo encounter Medina Orthinanos fighting beasts. Medina comes from a family exiled to the borderlands after being branded deformed by Norlangarth’s ruler. Since her father died in an accident, she has sought to become an Integrity Knight and clear her family’s disgraced name. Medina is dismayed to learn that the two young men she meets share her ambition to become Integrity Knights, but are destined to oppose the Axiom Church and kill its supreme leader. This manga adapts the first part of the Alicization arc from the Sword Art Online game, then diverges from the original story with Medina and a new storyline. The events are told from Eugeo’s perspective.
