Taboo-Tattoo

Seigi, a martial-arts-trained middle schooler, feels compelled to protect people who are weaker than those around them. After he defends a homeless man from a group of punks, the man gives him a strange tattoo on his palm. The mark is a secret weapon created in the arms race between America and the Kingdom of Serinistan. Seigi is soon pursued by a powerful girl who has the same kind of weapon and wants to take his tattoo. His martial arts skills may not be enough to keep him alive, so he must learn how to activate the tattoo’s power in time.
