Uwakishou Chiryou Shimasu Hajimete no Kanja wa Motokare Deshita

Shino is a newbie counselor who works at a facility that offers treatments for cheating as an addiction. She takes on her first patient all by herself and finds that it's Izumi, an ex-boyfriend she broke up with because of his cheating. Though she tries to focus on his treatment, she can't help faltering after he makes a pass at her when she least expects it. He gets on top of her, saying, "You're a counselor... So stop me from experiencing these special emotions." He's both pushy and somehow sad as he toys with her, knows where she's sensitive, and Shino can't fight the sensations...
