Most people would be frightened to move into a haunted apartment, but Gotou Seiichi is hoping to meet its ghost. Coming from a family with spiritual awareness, he chooses the apartment after hearing that a woman haunts it—and welcomes the idea, provided the ghost is cute. Seiichi quickly falls in love with Uehara Hinako. She tries every trick she knows to scare him away, but each attempt only makes him love her more.
