Area 51
Ongoing Released: 2011
Area 51 is home to a hidden society of supernatural beings and people who cannot live in the ordinary world. Its residents include creatures such as kappas, vampires and aliens, as well as gods, goddesses and figures from mythology, including King Arthur. Magoi Tokuko, known as Makkoi, is a tough woman who takes on cases throughout this unusual community. Working with a kappa associate, she draws on her knowledge of the area and her pistol to handle jobs such as recovering stolen goods and infiltrating places. Her office is set up in an unfinished subway station, where humans and non-humans alike come seeking her help.
