On Blue Star, where fierce beasts roam, people awaken superpowers that can help them grow strong and dominate the world. Xu Jingming, a time traveler, awakens only an E-rank electric power. A system called Deep Blue appears and raises his weak ability to S-rank Purple Thunder. By killing fierce beasts, Xu Jingming earns power points that can evolve his ability further, eventually giving rise to the legend he leaves behind on Blue Star.
