Blue Dragon Ral Grado

In a world where shadows can fuse with human hosts, a teenager and his imprisoned shadow are called upon to defend a castle under siege. Ral is the son of a king, and his shadow is Grado, the Blue Dragon. When Ral is still a baby, his father confines him and Grado in the castle dungeon. Years later, as shadows attack the castle, Ral’s personal educator, Mio, releases him so he can protect the fortress and repel the invaders.
