Ongoing Released: 2003
In the 17th century, German alchemist Johann Schultz creates a witch and injects her power into his own blood. In the present day, high school student Shurutsu Kenichi—a third-generation German—secretly fights those who misuse the artificial witch theorem, following a scheme devised by his cousin, Yomoda Rena. As a blood relative of “Brocken,” Kenichi takes on this mission, but for reasons he cannot explain, he transforms into a magical-girl heroine.
