Devil Devil

A devil and an angel bring their battle to Earth and end up inhabiting the bodies of teenage twins. Devil Sword has long clashed with the angel Ios, but during their 101st fight, both are badly wounded and fall from the sky. Sword takes over the body of Souma, a frail boy he finds unconscious, while Ios joins with Souma’s older twin, Kanna. When Sword wakes in the hospital, he recognizes Ios in Kanna’s body and tries to attack him, but their human forms cannot withstand the powers they once used freely. The twins’ injuries leave them with amnesia, which also helps explain their sharply changed behavior: Souma is a helpless nerd, while Kanna is a feared troublemaker. Though Sword and Ios control the bodies, the twins’ memories and reflexes remain, and Sword’s eagerness to use his powers draws the attention of both angels and devils.
