In a future Japan overwhelmed by population growth, scientists trace the crisis to Junta Monamari, a man destined to father more than a hundred children as a “Mega-Playboy.” His sons inherit the same trait, causing the population to multiply further with each generation. Karin Aoi, a DNA Operator, travels back in time to change Junta’s DNA and prevent him from becoming a Mega-Playboy. To do so, she must shoot him with a special bullet containing a chemical that suppresses the trait. The mission promises Karin enough money to fulfill her dreams, but she is falling for the real Junta. Meanwhile, Ami, who is sweet and kind, has secretly loved him all her life. Junta’s future—and Japan’s—hangs in the balance.
