Touma hears a voice calling to him in a dream, while Sousuke abandons his family and escapes with the sword they have guarded for generations. Touma expects the dream to mean nothing once he wakes, and Sousuke believes his family will never find him or the sword again. When Touma and Sousuke meet, fate binds them together and upends both of their plans. Their connection brings together Touma’s mysterious dream and Sousuke’s flight from his family, with the guarded sword at the center of his escape.
