Durarara!! Relay

A string of strange mists and an attaché-case thief disrupt everyday life in Ikebukuro. In January, Mikado, Masaomi, and Anri begin their third term at Raira Academy, while Simon hands out flyers for Russia Sushi and Shizuo throws vending machines. At a Sunshine 60 Dori theater, a popular New Year film starring Hanejima Yuuhei and Hijiribe Ruri inspires more people to carry cases like the one in the movie. Celty stays busy fulfilling requests to deliver them. Then sudden, localized sandstorm-like mists repeatedly engulf Ikebukuro, obscuring what lies ahead—and an opportunistic thief uses the cover to target the cases.
