A resident doctor and a newly appointed hospital director find themselves caught in an uneasy romance after an impulsive night together. Dajeong works in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, while Taegyeong has just taken charge of the hospital foundation. Known as “the Mad Guillotine” for his foul temper and ruthless nature, Taegyeong threatens the hospital’s struggling departments. Pediatrics is one of three departments losing money, and Dajeong fears he intends to shut it down.
