In a crime-ridden city, three high schoolers set out to wipe out its gangs by any means necessary. Yugo, Rikiya, and Tasuku rely on violence as they take on the criminals around them. During one such night, Tasuku finds Noah, a beautiful girl being held prisoner. She helps him survive a potentially fatal wound by giving him the ability to see the future. Tasuku brings her home and learns that she cannot speak and has no memory. He is also struck by the tattoo she bears—the same mark as someone he has been searching for years.
