Ishikawa Haruka becomes the eighth instructor of Japan’s Diet Security Team and Anti-Terrorism Squad in 2022, after seven predecessors are targeted by terrorists over the course of seven years. Intelligent and composed, he leads a force that admires and adores him, helping him command its respect. His survival also depends on Iwase Motohisa, his bodyguard and assistant instructor, who is fiercely devoted and rarely lets Ishikawa out of his sight. As terrorist threats continue, Ishikawa must face not only the danger around the squad but also the affection of its members.
