Guard At Female Prison

Bertrand takes a job as a guard at a women’s prison, though he never imagined wearing a uniform or working behind its walls. His aunt Denise has decided the position will toughen him up, and he knows better than to argue with her. On his first shift, Bertrand struggles to earn the inmates’ respect and finds the work unlike anything he expected. He also meets Iolanta, a soft-spoken, unusually gentle prisoner who says she does not belong there. Their first encounter leaves his hand pressed against her chest, and as Iolanta questions her place in the prison, Bertrand begins to wonder whether he belongs there either. Unlike her, he holds the keys.
