Gunka no Baltzar

In a world where peace is only a pause before the next battle, Major Balzer’s military career takes an unexpected turn. After rising quickly through the ranks in a militarily advanced nation, he is reassigned as an advisor to a neighboring ally with a weak military and little civilian support for firearms. Balzer must win over both the soldiers and the civilians as he works in his new post. His challenge is to build support for military strength in a country far less prepared for war.
