Halcyon

Chigira Hinato serves in the Metropolitan Police Department’s First Investigative Division, Eighth Criminal Investigation Unit, an elite force created to handle vicious and unusual crimes. Known as “The Eighth,” the unit acts both to suppress threats and to carry out executions. Hinato has the highest arrest rate among its officers, despite his seemingly clueless manner.
