Halloween Detective: Oz Williams

In nineteenth-century London, child criminologist Oz Williams helps the dead take revenge on their killers. He can hear the dead and uses a mysterious power to make their murderers face retribution, often through a Jack-o’-lantern apparition. Oz solves cases that confound the police with the help of his strange aide. Fond of sweets and dressed in a Halloween costume all year round, he is known as the Halloween Detective.
