Hamatora

In Yokohama in 2014, gifted Minimum Holders with hereditary powers known as “minor miracles” are drawn into a serial murder investigation. Nice, a former student of an elite academy for Minimum Holders, runs the Hamatora detective agency with his partner Murasaki, a top student sent to bring him back. The agency’s office is a table at Cafe Nowhere, where Nice, Murasaki, and their friends wait for clients. When Art, a police officer and their old acquaintance, hires them to investigate a series of murders, they discover that every victim is a Minimum Holder. Nice and Murasaki are Minimum Holders themselves, and the case pulls them into its dangerous questions.
