Houchou Mushuku Shoubu Tabi

Musashi, an 18-year-old hot-tempered chef from Mito, sets out to develop a flavor that wins over everyone who tastes it. The second son of the Yanagiya Restaurant family, he has had numerous run-ins with the police and learned about flavor while working at street stalls. Musashi’s inventive cooking shows his potential, but a battle with his older brother, who has taken over the family business, teaches him the difference between an amateur and a professional. He leaves home to train and pursue his craft.
