I Got A Job At A Haunted Mansion

Laura needs money to support herself and her four younger siblings, especially after a typhoon tears the roof from their old mansion. When she hears that a duke’s household is hiring, the generous opportunity seems like a way to ease their financial troubles. The duke’s Covozhalden Mansion is reputed to be haunted. Its owner is handsome and meticulously dressed, though his dark circles suggest exhaustion—and Laura can see a ghost behind him. She takes the job despite her fear, becoming the only person besides the duke able to see the spirits. Together, they work to help the mansion’s ghosts move on, from a little girl roaming the halls to a painting that keeps tilting.
