Kemono Giga

Yuu is a boy whose life is marked by extraordinary misfortune, with people around him often facing trouble such as imprisonment, extortion, or car accidents. On his way to transfer to another school, he is abducted by lizardmen and taken into underground waterways. While Yuu is terrified and tries to escape, a non-human cat-eared girl with the power to control force comes to his rescue. She faces a dangerous creature called Makatsuhi, which attacks and kills anyone in its path. Though Yuu initially runs when she fights it alone, he gathers his resolve and turns back to help her. The encounter changes his life.
