Kenshin no Keishousha

Since the Third World War, Tokyo Swordia has been ruled by the Swordies, naturally born swordswomen drawn to blades. Seventy years after the war, they hold a privileged place in society and are regarded as members of its upper class. Kurou is human, but hopes to improve his social standing by enrolling in a swordsmanship academy. There, he spends his days among Swordies and faces the challenge of competing in combat against people born to fight.
