Yuuta Sato discovers that his childhood friend, Rinko Uenohara, has a rare condition called the “Kissing Disease.” To stay alive, she must kiss someone of the opposite sex every day. Yuuta decides to do whatever he can to keep her from dying. As the two face the demands of Rinko’s illness, they also have to consider what others will think when they find out about their situation.
